Opensource Solution of Electronic Sales Records with Warehousing and Portal for Customers

The aim of this term project is to study web technologies for developing information systems, requirements analysis, a system design for selling goods which supports sales recording to electronic records of sales and stock recording. It also offers the customer portal for bills handover and customer support by a ticket system. The system design is based on already developed cash register and in comparison with it will be a more advanced and far more universal solution. The application is built on commonly available and free technologies, such as PHP 7.1 with Nette framework, CSS framework Bootstrap and jQuery. Very useful function of cash is the product suggester which is based on the Apriori algorithm. The suggester suggests products based on items from the actual opened bill and analysed receipts with previously purchased items. The complete solution will then be released to the public as an opensource, which does not exist yet.
Development of Application for Electronic Records of Sales

This diploma thesis is focused on the design and development of applications for mobile devices with Android operating system. The main purpose of this application is to fulfil the requirements of law on the Electronic Records of Sales. The thesis describes the theoretical knowledge which is important in the development of the application and describes the design and the whole implementation of the application. The application is implemented in the Java programming language. The thesis also deals with the description of the problem of electronic records of sales and the analysis of the EET product range.

This thesis deals with the electronic registration of sales that has recently been introduced to Czech law in order to increase the revenues of public budgets, reduce the shadow economy and to safeguard a fair competitive environment for all businesses. This thesis is divided into two essential parts. The first part hereof deals with general issues of registration of sales whereas the second part analyses particular aspects of the new legislation. In the first chapter, general matters of the registration of sales are discussed. The main objectives of the registration of sales as well as possible means of such registration are introduced. Moreover, one part of this chapter is dedicated to the recordkeeping obligation as it is to be found in Czech law. The second chapter deals with the Act No. 112/2016 Coll., on Registration of Sales. Firstly, the Act is introduced in general terms and its place in the Czech legal order as well as the legislative process is discussed. Secondly, it analyses some provisions of the Act, in particular those relating to the entities that have the obligation to register their sales under the Act and those covering the subject-matter, i.e. the registered sale as such. The aim of the thesis is focus on effect of Electronic registration of sales act on the business in the Czech Republic. First part is an explication of the law as an application on regulation related and certain parts of business. In the second part of the thesis, there are specified selected issues in relation to implementation of Electronic registration of sales. The issues are applied on exams of model business. All the work is primarily related to catering facilities. To every caption are specified relevant results as advices for businesses or suggestions about legislation modification. The main result of the work is an evaluation of tax discount on registration of sales and compensation of costs for businesses because of reduce VAT tax rate for catering facilities. The individual part of the thesis is a discussion focused on the topic about an exception of small businesses from effect of the law.

The thesis is focused on the design and implementation of a mobile application for electronic records of revenues on mobile devices running iOS operation system. Part of the thesis is a description of the electronic records of revenues as well as an overview and comparison of available applications built for this purpose. The main goal is to enable users to electronic records of revenues on iPhone smartphones via an app. The registration will take place in the form of exchange of data messages between the mobile device and the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic and the subsequent printing of receipts. Electronic records of revenues is expected to be more efective in tax administration.

Specifically, the thesis deals with its impact on small and micro enterprises that are affected by the I. phase of the implementation. Firstly, the system and law behind the subject matter was described. Furthermore, results of the questionnaire were analysed and followed by an assessment. Moreover, the thesis investigates the resistivity of the system against fraudulent actions.

Bachelor thesis is dealing with the impacts of implementation of the Electronic Record of Sales in the Czech Republic. The research contains state budget, mainly government revenue. Then there were analysed the Law of Electronic Record of Sales and obligations of taxpayer. In another part of work there are example states: Croatia, Austria and Slovakia where process of Cash Collections, Grey Economy and the number of tax entity are studied. The same data were found for the Czech Republic and were used in comparison. The result of comparison was used in the recommendation for the Czech Republic.
